In an effort to make healthy meals more accessible, Omer Horev founded Pura Vida in Miami Beach in 2012. The wellness brand has since expanded to multiple locations in South Florida, including one at The Square in West Palm Beach. The all-day café offers a balance of nutritious and delicious dishes, sourcing local and organic ingredients, and high-quality proteins. Pura Vida’s extensive menu includes all-day breakfast, signature and customizable salads, wraps, sandwiches, bowls, smoothies, and a wide array of gluten-free and vegan desserts.
