Paint the town green at the Delray Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival March 11

DELRAY BEACH, Florida (SOUTH FLORIDA WEEKEND) - It’s time for the go-to St. Paddy’s Day event! The Delray Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade is always a fan-favorite and kicks off the St. Patrick’s Day festivities a few days in advance. Get in the “luck of the Irish” mood by attending this year’s parade and festival on Saturday, March 11.

The parade is from 12:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m. and runs along Atlantic Avenue from the intracoastal waterway to NW 5th Avenue. The parade features more than 70 floats and entertainment from local schools, businesses, community groups, non-profits, elected officials, United States Veterans, fire engines, motorcycles, pipes and drums, marching bands, first responders, Irish heritage societies and more!

After the parade, make your way to Old School Square for the City of Delray Beach St. Patrick’s Day Festival. Old School Square is located at 51 N. Swinton Avenue.

The festival will have live music, food trucks, vendors, bagpipes, drums, and so much more. Enjoy the festival from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
