Sandi is coming back to town! The star of the City of West Palm Beach’s Holiday in Paradise celebration will make her debut on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Clematis by Night.
Sandi is the world’s only 35-foot, 700-ton holiday sand tree. The tree is located along the waterfront in downtown West Palm Beach and will be on display through December.
The Sandi Tree Lighting ceremony is December 2nd from 6 to 9 p.m. This year, country music star Brooke Eden is headlining the event. Santa Claus will be making an appearance, and there will be tons of activities for the little ones to enjoy!
The Sandi tree will light up to music every night on the quarter-hour from 6 to 10 p.m. through December 30th. There will be a special performance for West Palm Beach’s New Year’s Eve celebrations and Sandi’s shows will run through midnight that night.
Currently, Sandi is in a race for a national recognition as the “Best Public Holiday Lights Display” in a Readers’ Choice poll by USA TODAY 10Best. Voting is open through Monday, December 6th at noon. Sandi fans can vote once per day.
You can see Sandi and catch a performance on the Great Lawn, at the east end of Clematis Street. Parking is available in City of West Palm Beach garages. City garages are Clematis, Banyan, City Center, Sapodilla, and Evernia. Banyan and Evernia are the two closest garages.
