The most magical place on Earth is reopening its gates amid the COVID-19 pandemic this summer.
According to a tweet by Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, Walt Disney World will be able to reopen the Walt Disney World Resort on July 11, 2020. The tweet also says that SeaWorld Orlando will reopen June 10, 2020 – pending final approval from Governor Ron DeSantis.

The theme parks had to submit reopening plans to Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation approved the reopening plans from both parks.
Both theme parks are implementing enhanced safety measures to keep guests and staff safe.
At Disney, employees and guests will have to wear masks and get their temperatures checked before entering the park. Guests will also need to make a reservation for park entry in advance.
There will be no parades, fireworks or any activity that creates crowds for the foreseeable future.
Disney hopes to open the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom parks on July 11, followed by Hollywood Studios and Epcot on July 15.
