This peach cake is the perfect end-of-the-summer treat!
August is National Peach Month! The South Florida Weekend crew celebrated by making a trip to Nina’s Fresh Bakery and indulging in a delicious vanilla cake with fresh peaches on top.

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tsp vanillla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
Combine your wet ingredients together and your sift together your dry ingredients. Mix together and then bake at 325 degrees for 14 minutes. Fill with your favorite homemade frosting! Nina recommends using fresh diced peaches mixed with softened cream cheese for a light and fluffy addition to your vanilla cake experience! Top with fresh peaches and more frosting!
