The linguine with white clam sauce is the perfect meal to serve your loved one this Valentine's Day!

- 10 roasted garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Chablis cooking wine
- 1/2 cup clam juice
- 2 oz olive oil
- 12 little neck clams
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp fresh pepper
- 1/4 lb linguine
Cook linguine according to directions on the box.
Finely chop the thyme and chop the garlic cloves.
Sautee the cloves of garlic in olive oil and then add (rinsed) clams, butter, thyme, pepper, and Chablis cooking wine to your pan. Cover with a lid to allow the clams to steam.
After a few mins, the clams will open. Remove from heat but leave covered.
Drain the linguine pasta.
Add clams to the pasta then pour sauce over the clams and pasta in a bowl.
