Event: Vinyl Video Movie Night

Come see the 1982 cult classic Fast Times at Ridgemont High at Surfing Florida Museum as part of its Vinyl Video series. This is an 18 and over event. Movie night admission and refreshments are complimentary, although donations are appreciated. Event: Reggae For Relief Wave #2 “Board for Hope”
Location: Surfing Florida Museum, 1400 Elizabeth Ave

Come be a part of Surfing Florida Museum’s Reggae for Relief Wave #2 “Board for Hope” event. This all-day fundraiser for displaced Bahamian families in Palm Beach County offers fun for the whole family. Between 3 p.m. And 6 p.m., the entire family can attend the “Boards for Hope” children’s paint party. Don’t worry, adults will get their turn to paint too, during the Reggae for Relief Giveback from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Boards for both events costs $10. Event: 12’ Succulent Wreath Workshop Spooky Autumn Edition

During two hours of creating and socializing, guests will be walked through a DIY 12’ wreath succulent arrangement. All materials and décor such as cinnamon scented mini-pumpkins, acorns, and creepy spiders and skulls are included. The Station is also offering limitless mimosas as an add-on to the experience. Event: Eco-Art Mandala Workshop with Firefly Mandalas
Location: Elizabeth Ave Station, 1500-C Elizabeth Ave

Join Elizabeth Avenue Station for a special class designed to ignite your inner artist. Eco-artist and photographer, Meredith Brower will lead a course in creating mandalas. The class will include time to go outside foraging for found objects to use to create a mandala, or a geometric figure representing the universe. Brower will also show students photo techniques to capture your art. The event runs from 2 to 4 p.m. $45 includes light snacks and refreshments.
